Mr. Wagoner will oversee client relations and operations as well as manage WhiteFence's customer service and channel partner teams.
Prior to joining WhiteFence, Mr. Wagoner served as senior vice president of sales for the national real estate brokerage ZipRealty. Wagoner also brings over 25 years of hotel experience and operational knowledge to WhiteFence, having served as senior vice president of hotel operations and senior vice president of brand programs of Wyndham International. Mr. Wagoner has also held a number of management roles with hotel groups such as Starwood Hotels and Marriott Hotels and Resorts.

As senior vice president of sales at ZipRealty, Mr. Wagoner oversaw a 300 percent increase in real estate agent growth nationally, operational and sales policy development as well as staffing and training—all of which contributed to a 100 percent metro coverage growth for the company.
