the company as its Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing
Officer. Smith will lead the development and execution of marketing
strategies for WhiteFence and its vast network of Web sites, products
and services.
Smith has more than 20 years of consumer and business-to-business
marketing experience. Prior to joining WhiteFence, Smith was
responsible for Global Media at Monster.com in New York, where he
managed Monster's media analytics, business development and global
media strategy teams. Smith holds a bachelor's degree in finance and an
MBA in marketing and finance from the University of Tennessee.

Prior to his global media role at Monster.com, Chip was Senior Vice
President of Online Marketing with responsibility for generating online
business-to-business revenue and consumer resumes. Before that, he
served as director of marketing for a division of Johnson Controls in
Atlanta. He began his career in marketing with Ryder System in Miami.
