Netflix to start allowing movie downloading?

On Tuesday, Netflix said it is considering its options for allowing its users to download movies. According to an article from Reuters, "no decisions have been made regarding specific delivery options or timing, but a [Netflix] spokesman said on Monday that a proprietary set-top box was one of the options under consideration."
