Sirius goes up in numbers as well

Just as XM released their subscriber numbers yesterday, Sirius did as well. Sirius' subscriber base increased by 158 percent when compared to a year ago, bringing their total to 4,678,207 subscribers. The company added 600,460 net subscribers during the second quarter of 2006, or 64 percent above last year's second quarter net subscriber additions of approximately 366,000.
