WhiteFence, one of the fastest-growing companies in Houston, currently has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, motivated, strategic individual to join our fast-paced company as an Director- Strategic Alliances (Channel Partners). In this role you are responsible for leading an account executive team in the growth and development of key Channel Partners by building relationships, identifying strategic sales and marketing initiatives, drive process efficiencies, lead contract negotiations and manage overall account executive activities.
Responsibilities
- Hire, train and manage day to day activities of an account executive team.
- Identify, develop and execute strategic growth opportunities with existing clients.
- Develop and present proposals for advanced business development opportunities to Fortune 500 clients in the telecommunications industry.
- Negotiate and execute agreements with existing client base for marketing initiatives, technology integrations, new product additions, and contract renewals.
- Meet all Sales Revenue Objectives
- Manage WhiteFence response development and delivery for major client projects and RFP’s
- Facilitate regular phone and in-person communication with client contacts to evaluate program performance and suggest methods to maximize the value of the WhiteFence customer acquisition channel
- Collaborate with other team members to develop content for regular, formal written communications delivered to contacts at all levels of client organizations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, communications, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- 5+ years Sales and Account Management experience
- 3+ years people management experience
- Business development and strong strategic development experience
- Solid verbal, written, presentation and negotiation skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize projects
- Strong team-building and relationship building skills a MUST
- Orientation to detail
* Travel will be required for certain client meetings and presentation, not likely to exceed 15%
