As long as you see the Best Price Guarantee logo, the products you purchase will be the lowest published prices offered for your neighborhood.*
How do I take advantage of the Best Price Guarantee?
If you order through WhiteFence and find a lower published price for the same service at your address, let us know at customerservice@WhiteFence.com. Be sure to give us the name of the service provider and the product or service, along with the location and method by which you were able to purchase the same service for a lower price, and we'll do the rest! We'll contact the service provider, verify the price and let you know of any possible refund, account adjustment or a price match.
What is not covered in the Best Price Guarantee?
Providers participating in the Best Price Guarantee will have a logo next to participating packages. Some providers and products are not covered under the Best Price Guarantee.

Terms and Conditions:
Our service providers have agreed to provide you with a low price guarantee for qualifying services and products offered on this site. This means that the prices published by service providers on this site will not exceed their published prices for services and products generally available to customers at your particular residence when ordering those same services and products online or by telephone.
If you purchase a product or service through this site for a price which is greater than its published price (as described above) at the time you made your purchase (including all the same terms and conditions), then please notify us by email at CustomerService@WhiteFence.com stating the name of the service provider and the product or service, along with the location or method by which you were able to purchase the product or service at a better price. We will promptly contact your service provider and keep you advised regarding the status of your claim. If you are entitled to a match in price, we will notify you as to when you will receive your refund, account adjustment or other award.
In the event a service provider is unable to give you the published price (as set forth above), then WhiteFence will match the price or your service will be free for one year. Please read the General Terms below for full details.
1. The Best Price Guarantee only applies to qualifying services and products sold by our service providers. It does not apply to the same or similar services and products offered by resellers or other third parties, nor does it apply to special offers or price discounts that are not generally available in your particular area when ordering online or by telephone, whether provided through direct mailings, field representatives or agents of any service provider.
2. The Best Price Guarantee only applies to published prices for qualified services and products that are generally available to customers at your particular address when ordering those same services and products online or by telephone at the time you made your purchase (including all the same terms and conditions).
3. The Best Price Guarantee only applies to qualifying services and products offered on this site. Qualifying services and products are marked with the "Best Price Guarantee" label.
4. To submit your claim, please notify us by e-mail at CustomerService@WhiteFence.com within thirty (30) days from the date you submitted your order, stating the name of the service provider and the product or service, along with the location or method by which you were able to purchase the product or service at a better price. If you are entitled to a match in price, we will notify you as to when you will receive your refund, account adjustment, or other award up to a maximum of $1,000 per service or product.
5. WhiteFence reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to deny any claims (i) for which you have provided incomplete information, (ii) that cannot be verified, or (iii) that are suspected to be or deemed fraudulent.
6. WhiteFence will not be liable for any compensation amounts with respect to rates displayed or presented in error, including but not limited to any typographical or technical error, whether due to any act or omission of WhiteFence, its service providers, or any other third party.
7. WhiteFence reserves the right to modify or terminate the Best Price Guarantee at any time and without prior notice. Any modification will be effective upon posting of modified Best Price Guarantee Terms and Conditions on the site. Any termination will be effective upon removal of references to the Best Price Guarantee and the Best Price Guarantee Terms and Conditions on the site.
