How do I take advantage of the Best Price Guarantee?

If you order through WhiteFence and find a lower published price for the same service at your address, let us know at customerservice@WhiteFence.com. Be sure to give us the name of the service provider and the product or service, along with the location and method you used to purchase the same service for a lower price, and we'll do the rest! We'll contact the service provider, verify the price and let you know of any possible refund, account adjustment or a price match.

What is not covered in the Best Price Guarantee?

Providers participating in the Best Price Guarantee will have a logo next to participating packages. Some providers and products are not covered under the Best Price Guarantee.
