The WhiteFence executive team is comprised of a diverse mix of seasoned experts and forward-thinking entrepreneurs. This creative group is focused on providing innovative solutions for consumers and their essential home services needs.


Eric Danziger Eric Danziger, Chief Executive Officer, serves on the Board of Directors and is responsible for the company vision, planning and overall strategy of WhiteFence. Mr. Danziger, who has been featured by CNN, CNBC, The Bloomberg Report, The Wall Street Journal, The San Francisco Chronicle, The Washington Post, INC Magazine and The New York Times among others, has a vision to raise the standard and level of the customer experience. Prior to joining WhiteFence, Mr. Danziger served as Chief Executive Officer of ZipRealty, Inc., a company that provides home sellers and buyers with innovative real estate solutions, from 2001 through July 2006. His life long career in the hospitality industry serves as the premise for understanding the importance and means to providing premier customer service. On June 17th, 2005, he was honored as a Northern California Ernst and Young (E&Y) Entrepreneur of the Year for 2005 in the category of Real Estate / Hospitality / Construction. This award recognizes outstanding entrepreneurs who are building and leading dynamic and growing businesses. In addition to his responsibilities with WhiteFence, Mr. Danziger also currently serves on the Board of Directors of Kimpton Hotels.

Previously, Mr. Danziger served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Carlson Hotels Worldwide, a multi-billion dollar business that includes over 723 hotels in 64 countries around the world, where he was responsible for the growth, development, forward strategy and operations of all hotel and resorts for three leading hospitality brands - Radisson Hotels Worldwide, Regent International, and Country Inns and Suites. In addition, he brought in two new brands to the Carlson Hotels system, Park Inns and Park Plaza, as part of a Real Estate Investment opportunity with outside partners.

Prior to heading Carlson Worldwide, Mr. Danziger was President and CEO of Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide and served as President of Wyndham Hotels and Resorts, where he directed rapid growth that culminated in a successful IPO. He has received numerous industry awards and honors. Danziger has also served as the Chairman of the American Hotel and Motel Associations Strategic Planning Group, a Trustee of the American Hotel and Motel Federation, a member of the prestigious IREFAC (Hotel Industry Real Estate Council) and ULI. Prior to Wyndham, Mr. Danziger held a variety of executive and operations positions with Doubletree Hotels and Opryland Hotel. He began his career in 1970 at the Fairmont Hotel in San Francisco.


Francisco Arbide Francisco J. Arbide, Executive Vice President, is responsible for the company's business development vision and strategy. Since joining WhiteFence in 2001, Mr. Arbide has held several key roles within the company’s executive team and has led the development of several new areas of business including WhiteFence’s relationships in the multifamily housing industry and the real estate industry. Prior to joining WhiteFence, Mr. Arbide spent 12 years working closely within the residential and commercial real estate industries on a broad range of transactions and development projects, including the structure, finance, design, construction and unit sale/lease up of multifamily residential complexes, planned residential communities, high-rise condominiums, and commercial retail centers. As a shareholder in the law firm of Carlton Fields, P.A., where he served on the real estate and finance practice groups, he successfully represented and negotiated contracts with multifamily owners and managers, large single-family residential developers, condominium developers and managers, institutional lenders, title insurance companies, brokers, private financiers, hotel and timeshare developers, contractors, major tenants, and governmental authorities. He earned a B.B.A. in finance, magna cum laude, from the University of Miami and a J.D. from Duke University School of Law.


Paul Colgin Paul Colgin, Vice President — Internet Marketing, is responsible for developing and overseeing the implementation of the Web marketing strategies and campaigns for WhiteFence and all of its Web sites. Mr. Colgin has been with the company since 2003 and has previously held the roles of Director of Search Strategies and Senior Director of Customer Acquisition. In his former roles, he was responsible for cultivating marketing plans to increase the number of customers for each site. Prior to joining WhiteFence, he was the Internet Marketing Director for Pavate International, LLC where he increased their first year’s revenue by 200 percent with the creation of the company’s Web site and Internet presence. Mr. Colgin also worked for PopeHair.com as their ECommerce Director where he increased the company’s online revenue to ten fold in less than two years. Mr. Colgin earned his bachelor’s degree in management information systems, with a minor in marketing, from Red McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin.


Sabrina Colgin Sabrina Colgin, Vice President — Optimization, has been a key player in the Operations division of the WhiteFence team where she has successfully led the single largest team in the organization since 2005. In her role, Ms. Colgin ensures that best practices are created, established and optimized for our providers and partners. Prior to her promotion, Ms. Colgin held the positions of senior director of operations and director of operations. She has made her mark on the WhiteFence team with ingenuity, intelligence, honor, dedication and commitment. Ms. Colgin earned her bachelor’s degree in economics, concentrating in marketing and management from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.


Kathleen Flores Kathleen Chiechi Flores, Chief Administrative Officer, is responsible for risk management, organization design, talent acquisition, training and development, and for organization effectiveness through human resource development and implementation. Prior to joining WhiteFence, Ms. Flores served as Vice President of Staffing for ZipRealty, Inc. and was responsible for leading the recruiting and retention efforts for the agent sales force. Her leadership at ZipRealty was instrumental in successfully growing the agent sales force from 900 employees to more than 1,800 agents in just one year. Ms. Flores has over 14 years of experience with organization design, talent acquisition, training and development, corporate risk management, and human resource development and implementation in a variety of industries such as software development, insurance, financial services, banking, real estate, and hospitality. Ms. Flores earned her Master’s Degree in Education from the University of San Francisco, and Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of California, Irvine.


Mark Golenzer Mark Golenzer, Chief Financial Officer, is responsible for the company's overall financial management. Prior to joining WhiteFence, Mr. Golenzer served as vice president of Carlson Hotels Worldwide and was responsible for all financial activities of the Carlson Hotels Real Estate Company. Additionally, Mr. Golenzer has served as senior vice president of Radisson-Olympus Capital Partners, an investment partnership between Carlson Hotels Worldwide and Olympus Real Estate Partners, where he was responsible for all financial aspects of the partnership, including raising equity and debt financing to grow the business. He was also the director of mergers and acquisitions for the hotel and cruise line interests of Carlson Hospitality Worldwide. In addition, Mr. Golenzer spent six years as a vice president for Lincoln Investment Management, the investment subsidiary of Philadelphia-based Lincoln National Corporation. Over the course of his career at Lincoln, he was responsible for real estate investing, strategic planning, corporate mergers and acquisitions, private placements and mezzanine finance. Mr. Golenzer earned his Bachelor of Science degree in finance from the University of Minnesota, and his M.B.A. with a specialization in finance from the University of Chicago.


Kenneth Myers Kenneth L. Myers, Chief Technology Officer, was the Director of Information Technology and Chief Financial Officer for Clow Valve Company in Oskaloosa, Iowa. He renovated the information systems, bringing multiple divisions across the United States and Canada up on BaaN ERP. Mr. Myers was well known and trusted as one of the few BaaN source code partners in the United States. As a private consultant, Mr. Myers helped many organizations with end-to-end system integration and e-commerce solutions. Mr. Myers has leveraged this experience to invent the WhiteFence Gateway Enterprise and several other key WhiteFence technologies. Mr. Myers has a broad range of technical skills and is proficient in java, Visual Studio .NET, BaaN 4GL, XSL, XML, and many other languages and Web-related technologies. Mr. Myers earned a B.A. in accounting and business administration from Grand View College in Des Moines, Iowa. He also graduated from Upper Iowa University in Des Moines, Iowa, with a M.B.L. (masters of business leadership).


Stanislaus Pietrucha Stanislaus Pietrucha, Jr., Vice President—Chief Software Architect, is responsible for the overall architecture, design and development of WhiteFence's e-commerce platform as well as all related technologies. Mr. Pietrucha has more than seventeen years of software consulting experience in developing full life cycle information systems and has extensive experience in analysis, design, development, test, implementation and training in software projects of all sizes. Previous to joining WhiteFence, he worked as senior consulting engineer at Apple Computer, Inc. and served as a Captain in the United States Air Force. As a senior consulting engineer at Apple, he led the development of mission-critical personnel, asset and healthcare management systems for the U.S. military. In his role in the U.S. Air Force, he managed the daily operation, maintenance, and administration of four local area networks; coordinated planning and integration of emerging network technologies; and developed application software as needed in support of network operations for the U.S. Air Force at the Pentagon. Mr. Pietrucha received his B.S. in computer and information science from the University of Delaware and his M.S. in systems engineering from George Mason University.


Kim Schram, Senior Vice President—Business Development & Strategic Alliances, brings 18 years of specialized business development experience in the telecommunications industry to WhiteFence. Ms. Schram is responsible for driving the strategic direction of WhiteFence in relation to partnerships, services, capabilities and offers. Prior to joining WhiteFence, Ms. Schram spent 11 years with Qwest Communications, Inc., most recently as Director of Channel Strategy, developing and executing cross-channel, movers, multi-dwelling unit and service-to-the-door strategies. Ms. Schram also held previous roles with Qwest as Director of Sales for Emerging Markets where she worked to identify and implement new strategic channels for Qwest Consumer and Small Business products, and as Regional Sales Manager for the Qwest Business Partner Program. Ms. Schram holds a B.A. in marketing from the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University.


Chip Smith Chip Smith, Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer, brings twenty years of consumer and business-to-business marketing experience to WhiteFence. As EVP and CMO, Chip’s primary role is to establish clear marketing objectives, improve marketing execution, increase conversion and ensure best practices are implemented that will drive revenue growth and profitability. Prior to joining WhiteFence, Chip was responsible for Global Media at Monster.com, where he managed Monster’s media, analytics, business development and their global media budget across 17 countries. Prior to his global media role, Chip was SVP of Online Marketing with responsibility for generating Online eCommerce revenue and seeker resumes. Managing a staff in New York and Boston, Chip oversaw online creative, marketing analytics, media buying and online business development. Chip joined the Monster team in 2000 as vice president of marketing for Monstermoving.com. Preceding his tenure at Monster, Chip was the director of marketing and sales for a $2 billion division of Johnson Controls in Atlanta, where he created and managed marketing, public relations and sales support activities. Chip began his career at Ryder System in Miami, where he worked on all facets of the marketing function, from field marketing to brand advertising and strategic marketing planning. Chip holds a B.S. in finance and a M.B.A. in marketing and finance from the University of Tennessee.


Jeff Wagoner Jeff Wagoner, Chief Operations Officer, has made a career of successful executive leadership and operational oversight for organizations ranging in scope from 1.7 billion to more than 3 billion in annual revenues. With roots in the hospitality industry, Mr. Wagoner brings his more than 28 years experience to WhiteFence. Previous to joining WhiteFence, he has served in senior executive roles at ZipRealty Inc. and Wyndham International. During his time at ZipRealty, the company was recognized by Deloitte in the 2006 Technology Fast 50 as one of the fastest growing technology companies. Mr. Wagoner's contributions aided significantly to ZipRealty gaining this honor, with 300 percent agent growth and 100 percent metro coverage growth during his tenure. He was responsible for the sales, training and staffing organizations and supervised more than 1,800 employees. Prior to working with ZipRealty, he served in multiple senior-level positions at Wyndham International. While senior vice president of hotel operations, Mr. Wagoner was responsible for more than 100 Wyndham Hotels and Wyndham Garden Hotels throughout North America. As senior vice president of brand programs, Mr. Wagoner was responsible for brand conversions of new acquisitions and for overall branding initiatives. One of his branding initiatives—Wyndham ByRequest—is the industry leader in personalized frequent guest programs.
